PeelingFlesh Saint Louis Concert reviews
High Energy Concert
PeelingFlesh couldn't have chosen a better frontman to step in for Freddie Mercury. Without trying to impersonate FM, Queen has the stage presence, flair for the dramatic, and the voice range needed to fill those big shoes. Most of the hits were performed and the encore really let the audience leave on a high note (no pun intended ;) ). I go to a lot of concerts, and I haven't seen as much enthusiasm in anticipation for an encore as I did at this concert. The sound quality wasn't the greatest in the beginning, so either the engineers fixed it or my hearing adjusted for it, because after the first song, I didn't really notice. The concert was high energy with an awesome light show and appropriate tributes to FM.
